Return & Refund Policy

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products purchased from our store. This policy applies to all customers, all handmade wreaths, custom items, and all other merchandise, without exception.

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are waiving any right to request a return, exchange, or refund.

 

Handmade & Custom Products

 

All wreaths and many of our items are handmade and/or custom-created. Due to the nature of handmade goods, slight variations in color, size, design, and appearance are inherent and expected. These variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

 

No Cancellations

 

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. This includes requests made shortly after checkout. Production may begin immediately after purchase.

 

No Refunds

 

Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited too

  • Customer preference or dissatisfaction
  • Incorrect sizing, style, or color selection
  • Shipping delays
  • Carrier issues
  • Failure to read product descriptions or policies

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If an item arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within [24–48 hours] of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear, unedited photos of the item and packaging

If approved, the sole remedy will be a replacement or store credit, issued at our discretion. Refunds will not be provided. Claims submitted outside the stated timeframe will be denied.

 

Shipping Issues

 

 

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, or uncontrollable events
  • Orders affected by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

These situations do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 

By purchasing from our store, you agree to contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions and the submission of evidence to the payment processor, including proof of delivery and acceptance of this policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase shall be limited to the original purchase price of the item. We shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

By placing an order on our website or through any sales platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy in full. This policy applies regardless of whether you have reviewed it prior to purchase.
