Order Processing

All products are handmade to order using artificial materials. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that processing times may vary due to order volume, material availability, or other operational factors.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout for convenience only and do not constitute a guarantee. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we have no control over delivery performance.

We are not liable for shipping delays, including but not limited to delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, including in cases of delayed delivery.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

All wreaths are handmade and crafted using artificial florals and materials. Variations in color, size, shape, and design are inherent to handmade products and do not constitute defects, damage, or grounds for a refund, return, or exchange.

All Sales Final – No Returns or Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within [24–48 hours] of confirmed delivery. Requests must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear, unedited photos of the item and original packaging

Failure to submit documentation within this timeframe will result in denial of the claim. If a claim is approved, the sole remedy will be replacement or store credit, at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages after confirmed delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.
